Mission Statement

Flourishing Beyond Cancer, LLC’s mission is to advocate, motivate, and educate in three primary areas:
Cancer Research Funding
Support for People With Cancer
Support for CareGivers
Some Things We Do to Accomplish the Mission

We do this through public speaking engagements, consultations, classes, and written communications. We conduct most presentations online, and we post quick thoughts, as well as longer, formal offerings, on multiple social media platforms.
Jeffrey Kendall Sapp, B.S., M.A., M.A., M.S., Captain, US Navy (Ret.) is prevailing against all odds on a cancer recovery journey. He is FBC’s primary motivational speaker in both workshop and shorter presentation formats.
His caregiving wife, Shannon, is credited with his survival, along with Car-T therapy and Jeffrey’s faith in God. She shares helpful thoughts and examples of how to create beauty in any environment and with every meal. She is equally creative with inexpensive or lavish decor. These creations can elevate the spirits of patients and caregivers. She brings beauty to all through her Signature Designs by SAS.
The Mission, In Summary
FBC aims to reduce fear and misinformation about cancer, and we foster a culture of resilience in which no one fights alone and every voice matters. We
