Why Drink Coffee? | Shannon Sapp

Coffee isn’t just for Caregivers, but some of us need our “Go To” drink to jumpstart the days!

A coffee cup painted like a person with sleepy eyes and a wry smile, Saying "This is what I look like before I have my morning coffee."

That morning coffee can provide a great opportunity to do some journaling.

Coffee, a note pad, and a deep pink spring of bougainvillea flowers.

Maybe you’d rather read something besides prescription bottles.

Coffee, a book and reading glasses, and a white vase with purple and white lilacs on a table top.

Perhaps, you can spend a few minutes outdoors in the sunshine to enhance your sense of well-being.

There might even be something to photograph.

Too often, we get distracted – or have to deal with large and small emergencies – and this is what happens.

The cup is suffering from “Coffee Evap” and now it’s cold, too!

a woman's hands - with pink and gray fingernail polish - partly covered by pink sweater sleeves - holds a cup of coffee that has left a ring in the coffee cup from being out too long before she could drink.

Try not to let it!

Try to ensure you have some uninterrupted moments to savor your coffee.

If Possible, Meet a Friend and Take a Coffee Break!
