S.O.A.R.
S = O + A + R

Success equals Opportunity plus Attitude plus Readiness
“Destiny is not a matter of chance; it’s a matter of choice. It’s not a thing to be hoped for; it’s a thing to be achieved.” ~ William Jennings Bryant
S.O.A.R. is the theme of a motivational talk offered in both workshop and shorter presentation formats. It is a creative, interactive, and thought-provoking live or virtual motivational presentation that covers leadership essentials for aspiring or seasoned leaders who want to refine their Philosophy or gain new perspectives on interpersonal skills. The presentation also can be customized to suit young audiences in educational or community settings.
Our logo symbolizes the analogy of a leader’s success being parallel with an eagle soaring high above the ground. The higher the eagle soars, the more unobstructed its view and the greater the opportunity to achieve its destiny. And, as the view gains both breadth and depth, it enhances the ability to make informed decisions about the direction in which it’s best to fly and how far to travel before landing.
SUMMARY
Across America, there is renewed interest among leaders in learning insights that help empower others with tools for dealing with both routine and emerging organizational challenges. The need is greater than ever now, given fast and unusual societal changes plus the advent of AI’s intrusion into every aspect of life for individuals and businesses.
The best leaders know that the heart, soul, and mind of successful organizations depend on an appreciation and application of ethics-based leadership that not only inspires those whom they lead but motivates them to action, as well. Yet, while many leaders have enthusiasm, they can always use fresh, innovative ideas.

Jeffrey can incorporate suggestions about these skills as they relate to overcoming cancer, being a caregiver for patients, or administering an institution that helps cancer patients.
Attendees will gain several perspectives on how to improve or “polish” leadership effectiveness, and the good news is that they won’t have to purchase the author’s book to fully understand the leadership concepts shared. Everything in the keynote can be implemented, immediately.
